MacClean
I'm the developer of MacClean. It lists Xcode DerivedData and npm, pip and Gradle caches with their sizes and cleanup notes, so you can choose what to remove. Rebuilding or downloading dependencies may be needed afterwards; Xcode Archives are not treated as ordinary caches. Scanning and viewing results are free. Full features have a 7-day trial, then cleanup requires a one-time paid license. macOS 14+, Apple silicon and Intel. MacClean is not Apple notarized yet.
